what can make a toliet end cap blow or pop off?
we live in an old building. we had leak in pipe. our super came in an put new pipe with end cap. in middle of night bathroom flooded and cap was off. Bathtub was full of water. now we have very low pressure and can't flush toliet - not enough pressure.
It appears your super has no clue in what he is doing if your talking PVC it should cure for atleast 16hrs before the water can be turned back on for the glue to cure. It appears he should of hired a professional, maybe you should and send him the bill or take it off the rent. Really this is a total inconvience to you your paying rent to live in this place repairs should be done properly.
