Can a man who is partially paralyzed put a shotgun under his chin and shot himself? Cop says yes we say no?
our uncle is dead now thanks to our aunt who we think put the shotgun under his chin and pulled the trigger. The local sheriff(who rumor says she's sleeping with) says he did it himself.How can a man who can't walk or use his fingers put a gun under his chin and pull the trigger? How can the sheriff be involved in this case if his sleeping with her? What should we do to get some justice for our uncle? This is so unfair.
As a rule, the limiting factor is the length of the shotgun vs the length of the person's arms. with the barrel of the shotgun under his chin, would his hands reach the trigger? If not, this can't be suicide. If yes, it is possible. As someone else stated, it is not necessary to bend his finger around the trigger. He would only have to push the trigger. a straight finger CAN do that. If you can show a conflict of interest, you can have the case investigated by another agency.
