I think you can. I got a lot of my own stuff delivered to India. But I bought it from a site called 20north.com. They pretty much sell all the stuff that you may find on ebay, amazon or target and they deliver to your doorstep. You can try them. I sure found my stuff on 20north. they also manage the customs clearance.

Industrialized countries like the United States, Canada, Great Britain and others have been on heightened alert for several years when it comes to emergency preparedness.
